In 1970 Carlos Ojínaga Erill, the founder of Ojínaga Bcn, designed for Renato Zevi SpA, the first version of the BANDEJA TABLE, whose name derives from the fact that, as the word itself says, it has removable trays that bring the table closer to you. Offering convenience and comfort.
WHY IS THIS FOLDING TRAY TABLE SO IMPORTANT?
With a steel and brass structure, and different wood finishes according to tastes and needs, this folding tray table was designed for distribution in Europe and the USA. At that time, people who enjoyed long hours in the dining room, received visitors or basically had a comfortable sofa to rest on, needed an elegant yet functional solution. They wanted not only a table to eat on the sofa as such, but also a table that could be adapted in height and composition to make that moment an enjoyable one.
That's why we designed this removable tray table, which can be used as a tray to have dinner or a mid-afternoon coffee.
